Sybase did buy Aleri

Unfortunately there is no new information in the press release apart from the fact that they bought something from Aleri for an unknown sum.
It is more than “bought something” as Aleri CTO is joining Sybase. This very likely means Aleri is going bankruptcy isn’t it?
